- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- Check-in time: 14:00, Check-out time: 12:00
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability
- Child age groups and policies are specified on the hotel page
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before
- 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days before
- No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before
- No refund for no-shows
4. Hotel Rules
- Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel (except designated areas)
- Pets are not accepted
- Pool and beach rules must be followed
- Alcohol consumption is only allowed in authorized areas
5. Disclaimer
The hotel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the safe in your room for valuables.
