This information notice has been prepared by Sezer Turizm Eğitim Sağlık Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., acting in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, for our valued guests who wish to benefit from accommodation services.
Your personal data that you share during your stay, limited to identity information (such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport number, date of birth, vehicle plate number, and identity information of the persons staying with you), contact information (such as phone number and e-mail address), visual and audio records (such as your photographs and videos), and health information (such as allergy information), are processed for the purposes of enabling the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations within the scope of the accommodation service provided, ensuring customer satisfaction, informing you about our campaigns and services, and creating your hotel accommodation registration.
In accordance with Article 4/1/b of the KVKK, your personal data must be accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. The relevant person shall be responsible for any disputes arising from the processing and transfer of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
Based on your explicit consent, your photographs and video recordings may be processed for advertising and promotional activities and transferred to our social media accounts and website whose servers are located abroad. Your allergy and health data may be processed in order to determine the suitability of the services we provide for your health condition. Your contact information may be processed for campaign notifications. Other personal data falling within the scope of processing activities are processed, wholly or partially by automated or non-automated means as part of a data recording system, based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely: “being expressly stipulated by law,” “being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,” and “being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.”
Such personal data may be transferred to the law firm from which we receive services and to authorized public institutions and organizations in order to be used as evidence in possible future legal disputes.
You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the relevant person, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,” in writing to the following address:
